It is very difficult to find contractors who will work with an owner/architect team and take their interests to heart. Restoration Consultants, Inc. out of Pelham, Alabama, has shown us not only that kind of attitude, but a great deal of ability to perform in the renovation field.

Renovations of a comprehensive nature have a good many complications involved, many that are unexpected and can cause a development major headaches. We had the pleasure of working with RCI at a very complex renovation that had the added burden of having been taken over by a bonding company from the original contractor. Dewey Green and his staff showed a professional approach to the work in the contract as well as many surprises that arose. They allowed us to work within a very restricted budget and within a time frame that was critical due to previous delays of the defaulted contractor.

Any construction job has the potential for conflicts between all parties. The job was particularly stressful due to circumstances; yet RCI disarmed situation after situation and brought the project to a satisfactory conclusion that otherwise was very unlikely.

Our experience in the housing business has shown that comprehensive renovations are much more complex than new work.
