During investigation and rehab of properties contractors discover hidden damage. This can range from dry rot damage, to termite damage, to structural damage and issues. RCI performs due diligence to uncover these issues before construction begins, but when hidden damage does arise during construction RCI identifies, and documents the damage to go through the proper channels to alleviate the issue.
