Please accept this letter as our recommendation of Dewey Green and Restoration Consultants. I have known Dewey for about 15 years through work he has done for Lane Company on projects in Alabama, Georgia and Kentucky. Over the past years they have handled in excess of $15 million in work.

Restoration Consultants is currently in the process of rehabbing the Landings in Norcross, Georgia. The project is about 97% complete. The scope of work encompasses major dormer construction, deck construction, building redesign, vinyl siding, dryroot repair, window replacement, painting, roofing, as well as total Club House gut and reconstruction. This is a $2.4 million project that despite additional work and other change orders, and bad weather during the course of the job, is still being completed ahead of schedule.
