As we near the end of the renovation process at Dunwoody Pointe I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your associates for the way the job has been handled.

As on previous projects you were able to provide the expertise and human resources to make the job move quickly and efficiently. Despite the massive nature of the renovations at Dunwoody and Three Fountains, the residents remained enthusiastic and positive for the most part, which I consider a major compliment for any contractor.

The response to the improvements has been very favorable on the street. We are attracting quality clients and getting compliments from our competition. I love it when that happens.

I am especially grateful for your cooperation when we were evaluating different attachment scenarios for the Hardee Plank at Dunwoody. Though this was at the least an inconvenience and probably a great scare for your company, all we saw was cooperation and support to help us deal with it in the best possible way.

Thanks again for another successful project. We look forward to using RCI again for major renovation needs.
